First, fill out our inquiry form and let us know that you’re planning a destination wedding, and tell us what you have in mind.

Step 2

We’ll reach out to you and set up a call to chat. We want to learn about your destination wedding and exactly what you’re looking for in more detail.

Step 3

Abby Murray, our wedding and honeymoon travel expert, will then put together a proposal of resorts to host your wedding.

Step 4

Once booked, our wedding planner (Nicole Riley) and photographer (Ian Riley) will start the coordination and creative process behind your wedding.

Nicole Riley

Destination Wedding Planner

Nicole Riley has been planning weddings since 2005 and is the owner of Verge Events located in Asheville NC. Nicole has locally planned numerous weddings all over NC, from the luxurious Grove Park Inn, the famous Biltmore Estate, to Old Edwards Inn. Her destination portfolio is filled with weddings that include a London estate, a beach wedding in Jamaica, to a southern soiree in Charleston SC. Nicole produces gorgeous, custom, luxurious weddings all around the world and is considered an expert and a go-to wedding planner in the industry.

Ian Riley

Destination Wedding Photographer

Ian Riley is not just a wedding photographer but and artist in his photography. As the owner of Shoots The World he has been photographing weddings all over the world from everywhere to Italy, Cayman Islands, London, Cozumel, St Lucia (at the amazing Jade Mountain resort), to even hopping on board a cruise ship. Ian sees destination wedding photography as a true passion and it has become his life. Traveling the world, capturing special moments, and even navigating laws and rules when it comes to shooting destination weddings, Ian Riley is an expert in this field.

Abby Murray

Travel Agent

Abby Murray was born and raised overseas. She has since been to over 50 countries and counting. After college she went to New York to work for Vera Wang in PR and then quickly found her passion for wedding planning. She joined the Verge Events team and helped plan and coordinate weddings with Nicole Riley. After dabbling in the corporate event planning world Abby Murray then became a travel agent for Journeys Yacht & Travel. She has since planned and created VIP trips all over the world to amazing destinations. She hits the road yearly to explore these beautiful resorts for future destination weddings giving her first hand experience of these resorts. With her planning and vast travel background she can help plan and coordinate the perfect destination wedding venue for you.
